Tamas Dominko

I am Tamas Dominko, founder of Little Steps Baby and Mother Wellbeing. I created Little Steps in 2019, after my daughter's birth. I knew when I held her in my arms for the first time to support mothers and their babies in their fourth trimester and beyond is my calling. Little Steps Baby and Mother Wellbeing is all about creating a nurturing, empowering, non-judgemental and relaxing environment where mums and babies thrive together and feel held and supported. Through loving, nurturing touch me and my little girl have shared a lot of magical moments. It created an incredible strong bond between us and made me to be able to recognise her needs and what she tries to communicate much easier, that boosted my parenting confidence a lot. I could help her relieve her birth trauma and flourish her development. It gave me the desire to share my experience and the power of loving touch with other parents. So they can create a strong bond with their babies, support their mental and physical development and discover the incredibly wide range of benefits of baby massage as I did. At the same time I love to be a massage therapist. So seeing my beloved wife in labour and giving birth to our little one, she inspired me to dedicate my passion and knowledge to support and empower new mothers on their recovery journey in the fourth trimester and beyond. To become a go to specialist in postnatal care I trained with OMT Training to gain an in depth knowledge and understanding in postnatal massage and completed my studies on C-section scar therapy at Burrell Education. I believe mothers need to be nurtured to heal and recover so that they can nurture their babies.
